Condition Based Monitoring Solutions (powered by Mtelligence MIMOSA Interop Server, “MIS”) integrates plant floor condition monitoring data into Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, such as SAP PM™, IBM Maximo®, Infor Datastream®, Indus and AssetPoint Tabware. Mtelligence MIS enables utilization-based (i.e. runtime hours) and condition-based (i.e. alarm condition) work orders to be triggered automatically when tag values exceed pre-defined thresholds. This integration gives Maintenance personnel visibility into actual asset condition in the EAM/CMMS, and provides Operations personnel visibility into maintenance status directly from their HMI screens.
