Large SoCal Water Municipality prevents equipment failures at its facilities by linking Wonderware System platform to AssetPoint Tabware EAM system

Approximately 35 percent of municipalities water is imported from the Colorado River and the California Aqueduct (the largest aqueduct system in the world). The remaining 65 percent of our supply comes from local groundwater wells. MIMOSA Interop Server (MIS) from Mtelligence was implemented to help prevent equipment failure at their facilities. The scope of the first phase of the project was to enable bi-directional communication between their Operations & Maintenance systems – Wonderware and AssetPoint.

SoCal Fortune 500 Energy Company implemented MIMOSA Interop Server (MIS) from Mtelligence to help prevent equipment failure at their first LNG terminal.

Energía Costa Azul plant is the first LNG receipt terminal on the western seaboard of North America. The construction costs were $875 million, which includes two massive LNG tanks 17 stories high, each with a capacity to hold 5.6 billion cubic feet of natural gas. They implemented the MIMOSA Interop Server (MIS) from Mtelligence to help prevent equipment failure at their terminal. MIS acts as an early warning system, triggering proactive maintenance work orders when equipment problems are detected.
