In 1997 Paul founded “Interactive Facilities Corporation” to address the knowledge management needs of O&M personnel. This endeavor rapidly evolved to encompass EAM/CMMS implementation, automation systems integration, industrial optimization and various advanced management information systems. IFC was re-launched as “Mtelligence” in 2006.  As the CEO of Mtelligence, Paul’s responsibilities include the day-to-day executive functioning of Mtelligence. Paul has an educational background of Bachelor in Engineering from University College Dublin of Ireland.

Mike, a CPA, is also CEO of Cito Capital Corporation, a strategic and financial advisory firm. Mike joined Mtelligence in 2004 following his retirement as Chief Executive Officer of TransTechnology Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed multinational manufacturer of industrial and aerospace equipment. During his twelve-year tenure as CEO of TransTechnology, the company completed ten acquisitions and grew revenue from $54 million in fiscal 1991 to a peak of $328 million in fiscal 2001 and then led a successful strategic restructuring and divestment program at the company. Mike has served on more than 30 corporate boards around the world and currently serves on the board of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. (NYSE:FDP) where he is the chair of the compensation committee, as chair of the governance committee of Pro-Dex Inc. (NASDAQ:PDEX), and serves on the audit committees of both companies. Most recently, Mike worked with Infor Public Sector and was responsible for managing client relationships as well as the professional services quotes for his territories.
